②Price Quote
We will review your request and send you a quotation.
③Deposit Payment (Reservation Confirmation)
A deposit (part of the tour fee) must be paid by credit card in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Your reservation will be officially confirmed once the deposit payment is completed.
④Free WhatsApp Consultation with Ushan
Before the tour begins, you can freely consult with Ushan via WhatsApp regarding destinations, routes, meeting arrangements, and any other questions. (Basically, communication will be in English.)
⑤Meet Your Driver
Your driver will pick you up at your preferred location, such as the airport or your hotel.
⑥Final Payment
After arriving in Sri Lanka, in principle on the first day of the tour, please transfer the remaining balance (total tour fee minus the deposit) in Sri Lankan Rupees (cash) to the designated bank account via a local ATM or bank counter in Sri Lanka. The driver will assist you with transportation to the bank/ATM and the transfer process if needed.
⑦End of the Tour
We will drop you off at your final destination, and the tour will conclude there.
【Cancellation Policy】
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed (after deposit payment).
Please also note that no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour after the tour has started.
